Terms of Service

The short version: you own what you upload and what you make. Only use images you have the rights to, don’t create harmful or deceptive content, and understand that AI output can be unpredictable.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Vidster. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Vidster on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

  • Inputs. You keep all rights to the images and prompts you submit. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use them, including consent from any identifiable person shown.
  • Outputs. As between you and Vidster, you own the videos you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, subject to your plan.
  • Licence to us. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to provide and secure the service for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vidster to create, upload or share content that:

  • sexualises minors, or depicts any real person in sexual or intimate content without their consent;
  • impersonates a real person or organisation in a way intended to deceive, or creates misleading “deepfake” content about real events;
  • harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
  • infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • is otherwise illegal where you live or where it is shared.

You also agree not to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell access to it without our permission.

5. AI output

Generated video is produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content produced for others. Review output before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for how you use it.

6. Plans and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Credits are consumed when a generation starts; if a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Vidster at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we may remove content that breaches them.

8. Disclaimers

Vidster is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vidster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we’ll give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vidster after that means you accept the updated Terms.
